Junaid Ali is the founder of DeamAQ (Deam Acquisitions Ltd), a business development and introduction consultancy focused on helping recruitment agencies connect with companies that need talent.
The idea for DeamAQ started from a simple observation: many businesses struggle to find the right people, while clients are constantly searching for new companies that need their services. Despite both sides needing each other, the connection often doesn’t happen at the right time.
What began as a solo venture quickly developed into a clear opportunity. By researching trends, speaking with local businesses, and understanding how these companies operate, Junaid recognised that there was real value in identifying clients that appear to be under duress from the constant searching and connecting them with specialist companies, who can help solve those challenges.
DeamAQ was created to act as that bridge.
The company focuses on identifying potential opportunities, researching businesses that may benefit from support, and introducing them to trusted partners. The goal is simple: create opportunities that benefit both sides. Companies gain access to clients who can help them secure the right solution, and clients gain introductions to companies that genuinely need their services.
From the beginning, DeamAQ has been built on a hands-on approach. Starting as a one-person operation has allowed the company to remain focused on quality, transparency, and building genuine relationships rather than chasing volume.
